A food pyramid  is a pyramid shaped guide of healthy foods divided into sections to show the recommended intake for each food group.

Sugars (added) - Daily tea.

- Alcohol in moderation.

Today I read this book online. It was written by Tony Redmond.  I was learning to Identify and know why different text types are used.
