Pyramid food

The food pyramid:
What food must you eat most? Wheat grain bread.
A food pyramid  is a pyramid shaped guide of healthy foods divided into sections to show the recommended intake for each food group.


Fat (naturally occurring and meat, Poultry, fish, dry beans, Eggs & nuts group 2-3 Servings added)
Sugars (added) - Daily tea.
- Alcohol in moderation.

Bonjour Moko, I thought munokoa was smarter than you but in my class he acts like crazy monkey. I think your brother is one. Anyway, I always eat healthy food at my house but at school, only a little bit. Do you eat healthy food all the time?
